  I love Starbucks, but I've also had bad luck with this one. Half the time they've gotten my drink order wrong, and the other half I've had sub-par customer service. Unfortunate considering I've never really had this problem at other Starbucks before.

  It's a Starbucks, the coffee prices are only going up and quality remains the stagnant. Parking here is usually difficult, an you may have to park in the adjacent lot and walk. Also keep in mind that both the counter and drive through can get a little crazy at peak times due to the lack of space when this building was constructed.
  
  On the bright side, the staff is generally always nice and willing to help if the make a drink wrong.

  Great staff and convenient location. I'd just advise visiting before school lets out if you want a place to sit and/or enough quiet to talk or focus.

  This Starbucks is a decent location. I feel like the baristas don't make much of an effort to get to know me as a customer, which is disappointing, but there are plenty of really good Starbucks locations in north Indy so I tend to travel a little more and go to one of my favorites instead. In general, this Starbucks is decent, clean, and has pretty good service.
